You will need a passport to travel out of the U.S most countries require you travel with a passport that is due to expire more than 6 months from the date of departure. It's also a good idea to make a copy of your passport and keep it somewhere seperate from your original.

The center for disease control website is an excellent resource for up to date knowledge on travel health. Each person will be different on their views of medications and vaccinations. We are here to help and honor each person’s choices.

It is important for everyone to take care of their own comfort level and piece of mind so they can be open and ready to engage in deep realms of spiritual self-awareness and exploration.

As we will be going deep and doing a lot of sacred work and experiencing profound earth energies we also create space for free time to explore, journal and reflect.

We have a loose outlined schedule for our retreats and shift shops although weather and other unforeseen conditions can happen to shift things a bit. If this happens we know we are meant to be somewhere else at that time. Every event is special and sacred in it’s unfolding. We are so happy to be the facilitators of this magic.
